Fuego Pilates Policies

I agree to all Fuego Pilates policies.

Class Booking and Cancellation Policy:

  • Classes can be booked via our website or mobile app.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged a $25 fee and late cancellations will be charged a $12 fee.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • Arrive at least 5–10 minutes before the class start time.
  • Late arrivals (5 minutes after class start time) may not be permitted to join the class to avoid disruption.

Health and Safety Policy:

  • Inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to class.
  • If you feel unwell or experience discomfort during a class, stop immediately and inform your instructor.

Studio Etiquette:

  • Turn off or silence mobile phones during class.
  • Clean equipment after use with provided sanitizing wipes.
  • Respect the instructor and fellow participants by maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

Payment Policy:

  • Payments can be made online.
  • We accept credit cards and debit cards.
  • All sales are final. No refunds are provided.

Membership and Packages:

  • Memberships and class packages are available for purchase.
  • Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Packages must be used within the specified time frame. No expiration date extensions will be provided.
  • Members will pay for recurring membership every month. If a payment is declined, membership will be canceled.

Privacy Policy:

  • Personal information collected is used for class bookings, communication, and enhancing your experience at Fuego Pilates.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.

Photo and Video Policy:

  • Fuego Pilates may take photos and videos during classes for promotional purposes.
  • By participating in classes, you consent to the use of your image for these purposes.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the instructor.
